[RegCNET] CLM data interpolation issue

 Dear all
I have the folowing query during interpolation of CLM output from RegCM. I
did simulation using RegCM4.4.5 copupled with CLM4.5. During postprocessing
of clm data files, I did "clm45_1dto2d" to make it 2D and then used
"GrADSNcPrepare" to produce  .ctl file for grads plotting. Its working fine.
Now for the evaluation with some observed/reanalysis data, I need to
interpolate this clm 2D data. I took help of "cdo" but it shows "generic"
grid issue. I explored that the lat/lon data also contain "missing values"
which is not similar from the data from the ATM.
Will you please help me how to interpolate those clm output datasets?
