[RegCNET] postdoc position at IGAD Climate Prediction and Applications Center, Nairobi, Kenya

Dear All,

IGAD Climate Prediction and Applications Center (ICPAC) has an opening for
a postdoc position for 18 months. The postdoc researcher will work on a
project called forecast-based preparedness action (ForPAc). ForPAc is
funded by the DIFD from the UK and brings together researchers from Sussex
University, Oxford University, UK Met Office, ICPAC, Kenya Meteorological
Department (KMD) and Kenya Red Cross.

The researcher will be based at ICPAC in Nairobi and collaborate with
partners from the UK and Kenya. The project provides an opportunity to
visit the UK Met Office and also provide a fund to attend international
science conferences.
