[RegCNET] CHEM_EMISS FILE Variable SM_flux miss

Hi

I am running RegCM 4.6  for CARB chem parameter

While giving the mpirun -np 1./bin/regcmMPI vijay.in I got the following
error

I am also enclosing the name list input file
