[RegCNET] v4.6.0 CBMZ crash

Dear RegCM users,

we try to run RegCM4.6.1 with CBMZ activated. However, during
initialization, MPI_ABORT is called and it is far not clear, why.

with errorcode 1.

NOTE: invoking MPI_ABORT causes Open MPI to kill all MPI processes.
You may or may not see output from other processes, depending on
exactly when Open MPI kills them.
