[RegCNET] Inquiry regarding the Installation of the RegCM

Dear All

I'm facing a problem installing the model with its version 4.6.
I have constructed a script to install all the pre-required packages (zlip
- szip - mpich - hdf5 - gribapi - netcdf - ....) in certain sequence
leading to the final step with the installation of the model, and the same
procedure done by the script have been tested with all the versions of the
model starting from 4.2. to the final version but recently the latest
versions gives errors when running the same procedure.

but the weird thing is that each package gives no error when I install it
separately, and when all the packages are done correctly the model refuses
to be installed with an error message indicating that the necessary
packages are missing ( specially netcdf).

N.B.   attached are my scripts to install all the packages ...
