[RegCNET] Error while using GFS data

Dears,

              It would be great if someone can help to rectify the issue
given below. I am getting error when I use GFS11 as meteorological boundary
condition, while the model run finely with other data sets. I tried with
the optimal minimum for DT, still the problem is there with GFS11.
