[RegCNET] GMTED for RegCM

 RegCM 4.5 now uses CMTED data instead of GTOPO.
 
Where can I download GMTED data in .nc format ?
 
There are GMTED files on http://earthexplorer.usgs.gov/
but they are Geotiff and not suitable for RegCM.
