[RegCNET] Using Quantile Mapping for bias correction of RCM data

Dear RegCM community

I would like to understand what the arguments of regqmap = function (var,
infiles, outfiles, maskdir, regions, wet.day).
if I understand:
var: is the variable of interest but what it means the other arguments (
infiles, outfiles, maskdir, regions, wet.day)
also how I have overcome the infiles so that they are recognized as (obs,
cur and fut)

I have 3 files netcdf (for a regional domain= 50X40 grid points)
1- obs-var-2000.2014.nc <http://obs-var-2000.2009.nc>
2- cur-var-2000.2014.nc <http://2000.2009.nc>
3- fut-var-rcp2.6-2040.2059.nc

and in principle We should have as outputs the corrected file for
example corrected-fut-var-rcp2.6-2040.2059.nc
and also the QQ adjustment graphics for the entire field or for some selected
points

I am trying to use qmap in R software. But I didn't understand clearly the
methodology of using fitQMap and doQMap.

Please would you mind to give me some hints to use qmap.

Just to understand the arguments (infiles, outfiles, maskdir, regions, wet.day)
and how to manage grid points in order to use all points in the regional
domain= 50X40 grid points

Thanking in Advance
