[RegCNET] Registration open for regCM workshop and CORDEX conf. reminder

a quick message to let you know that the application system is now open 
for the 2016 RegCM4 workshop (deadline February 26, 2016) and that the 
deadline for abstract submission for the 2016 CORDEX conference in 
Stockholm is approaching fast (Nov 30).

I hope many of you will be able to attend both (back-to-back) events,
