[RegCNET] CFL VIOLATION in ReGCM simulation

Dear ReGCM users


I am running RegCM 4.3.5.6 with CLM. I have used dt=100 which less than (3
times ds (60). But CFL condition  violating. I have check for dt 90, 60
also but same error is coming. how this can be fixed. I attached herewith
the error along with name list parameter.
