[RegCNET] CLM4.5 output postprocessing-error

Hi EverybodyI am using RegCM-4.4.5 with CLM4.5. For postprocessing CLM output when i do  ./GrADSNCPrepare clmoutput.h0.199001.nc Domain.nc i get an error.
 NetCDF: Invalid dimension ID or name
 GrADSNcPrepare.F90 :      154:Dimension x missing:          -46abort: Fortran Abort Called
before using this i did ./clm45_1dto2d clmout.h0.199201.nc and after this used GrADSNcPrepare and the result is the same error message. Can anyone please tell me what i am doing wrong? Thank you very much.
