Hello Graziano,
I made a test on the core http://clima-dods.ictp.it/d8/transfer/WA/RegCM-4.4-SVN4664.tar.gz, and the run was successful but i faced a problem after executing the command
./bin/clm45_1dto2dNETCDF4_HDF5_CLM45_CN_CROP output/MENA50.clm.regcm.h0.20080101_03600.nc and examine the resultant file with ncview and chose 0.08 degree coastlines the
projected map deviated from the map pattern.
Any advice to fix this problem
