[RegCNET] ICBC error

Dear RegCNET,

I am trying to run RegCM4.3-rc15 for the period 1980 - 2012 using
ERA-Interim (1.5 x 1.5) data as BC,
http://clima-dods.ictp.it/d8/cordex/EIN15/
 but  I get the following error:

If that is true, what is the resolution of the data from 1979 to 1989?
