Hi RegCM users:
Hope this email find you well!
Recently, I used RegCM-4.3.5.6 with CLM3.5 scheme to carry out several
experiments, a series of files were generated in the input folder,
including the *_RCMpft.nc. I tried to plot this file using both
GradsPrepare, GradsPlot and /bin/regrid, but neither of them gave the
correct picture.
GradsPrepare and Plot reported:
$ /RegCM-4.3.5.6/PostProc/GrADSNcPrepare *_RCMpft.nc
NetCDF: Attribute not found
GrADSNcPrepare.F90 : 118:Error reading title attribute: -43
abort:
'/bin/regrid/' generated a *_lonlat.nc file with a rectangular of one value.
Do you have any idea of this issue? *_RCMpft file is describing the
percentage of each pft using in CLM and RegCM, and its function is
similar to the landuse variable in *_DOMAIN0000.nc, am I right? Really
appreciate any of your idea! Thank you so much for your help!
Have a nice day!
