[RegCNET] Visualizing CLM output file by Grads error

Hello RegCNET users,

I preformed an experiment on RegCM-4.4-rc32 using CLM-4.5 land surface model compiled with CN and crop options, after finishing the run the clm file produced must be proceeded by clm45_1dto2dCLM45_CN_CROP, to be visualised, but when i tried to examine it by grads, an error appeared.

experiment steps

1 - ./bin/clm45_1dto2dCLM45_CN_CROP regcm45.in

2 - ./bin/sstCLM45_CN_CROP regcm45.in

3 - ./bin/icbcCLM45_CN_CROP regcm45.in

4 - ./bin/mksurfdataCLM45_CN_CROP regcm45.in

5 - mpirun -np 4 ./bin/regcmMPICLM45_CN_CROP  regcm45.in

to visualize the clm output

./bin/clm45_1dto2dCLM45_CN_CROP regcm45.in

and by grads:

./bin/GrADSNcPrepareCLM45_CN_CROP MENA50.clm.regcm.h0.200801_2d.nc

NetCDF: Attribute not found                                                     
 GrADSNcPrepare.F90 :      259:Error read attribute projection:          -43
