[RegCNET] surface_parameters

Dear  RegCM User,
Is there anybody interested by the simulation of change some surface characteristics (soil moisture, vegetation cover, ......) in some area and study the influence on the short term climate. To help me to know how can determine the area that I want to change specifications.
