[RegCNET] Error in generating ICBC datasets

Dear All,

I m a little confused with the error I m seeing. I tried to run the icbc
for July 2006 based on HadGEM2 (RCP4.5) but its asking for files in RF
directory. Here is the error report:

I m not sure if it requires historical data from 1990 or its an error.
