[RegCNET] Dust problem

Dear sir,

When we run RegCM for dust, we write: ./Bin/ terrian, sst, icbc and aerosol .
should we run chem-icbc?

I think my namelist has problems and chem-icbc doesnt work.
It take this massage:
No such a file or directory

mod_ch_oxc1.F90:  Error open oxid file.
