[RegCNET] EIN15

Hi RegCNet community,

I am looking for documentation on the EIN15 ICBC dataset. Specifically, I
want to know how EIN15 compares with ERA-40 (not available on the public
repository). Can someone point me in the right direction (e.g., relevant
papers)?
