[RegCNET] Bugs found in simulation with RegCM-4.3.5.6 CMIP5 GCM (HadGEM2-ES) Data

Hi SC
Netcdf is installed with HDF5 support. If there was netcdf problem then how
come that many years of ICBCs were made without error.
