[RegCNET] Happy 2014 to all

Dear All

I wanted to send everybody my warmest wishes of a very happy holiday 
season (if you are indeed having holidays) and especially a very happy and 
successfull 2014.

The ICTP will be closed until 7 January 2014, a much needed break to gain 
new strength on the road towards important RegCM4 upgrades (soon) and the 
development of a brand new and exciting RegCM5 (a few more years).
