Hi,
You can do it by NCL. Look at the following example for 20-100 days filter.
;--- 20-100 days bandpass ---
ihp = 2
sigma = 1.0
nWgt = 201
fca = 1./100.
fcb = 1./20.
wgt = filwgts_lanczos(nWgt, ihp, fca, fcb, sigma)
x_day_filter= wgt_runave_Wrap(x_day, wgt, 0)
