[RegCNET] Need to install netcdf

Dear All RegCNET

i install netcdf-4.1.2 to our server and found the some problem..
we have successful configure run then  make and make check to showing all
the test passes successful, but finally make install found two error

 make[2]: *** [install-includeHEADERS] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/netcdf-4.1.2/include'
make[1]: *** [install-am] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/netcdf-4.1.2/include'
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1



All 7 tests passed

are the same file
