[RegCNET] Aerosol indirect effect

Dear RegCNET,

I am trying to understand the way RegCM works out certain aerosol processes
in the code. I have identified the mod_rad_aerosol.f90 as the module where
the direct aerosol effect is calculated, but I cannot find where the
indirect effect is calculated.
