Dear Mohsen,

My suggestion for you to use the latest stable version of RegCM. You can
find the code from http://gforge.ictp.it/gf/project/regcm/frs/. Also, all
the related guidelines are available at
http://gforge.ictp.it/gf/project/regcm/docman/?subdir=5
