[RegCNET] new source files/configure/makefiles

Dear RegCM users,

i want to add an additional module to the batslib code in RegCM 4.2
I put the relevant lines in Makefile.am (libbats_a_SOURCES, and below
the dependencies)

However, when i run ./configure, these modifications are not taken
into account? Did i miss something? is there another place where I
have to tell configure to take new sourcefiles into account when
creating Makefiles?
