 Dear Sir,

Thanks for providing me the link to the RCP cordex datasets . The model with RCP 4.5 and 8.5 datasets there are :

 CMIP5_ACC_SPARC/ 26-Apr-2012 10:47 -
 CNRM-CM5/ 23-Mar-2012 15:01 -
 CSIRO-MK36/ 14-Sep-2012 16:35 -
 CanESM2/ 13-Mar-2012 09:57 -
 EC-EARTH/ 10-Jul-2012 14:54 -

 GFDL-ESM2M/ 20-Jul-2012 08:35 -
 HadGEM2/ 20-Oct-2012 13:11 -
 IPSL-CM5A-LR/ 01-Mar-2012 10:00 -
 MPI-ESM-MR/ 14-Dec-2012 09:09 -

and in &globdatparam the options provided are :

ibdyfrq = 6, ! boundary condition interval (hours)
ssttyp = ’OI_WK’, ! Type of Sea Surface Temperature used
! One in:
! FV_RF, FV_A2, FV_B2,
! EH5RF, EH5A2, EH5B1, EHA1B,
! ERSST, ERSKT, CCSST, CA_XX,
! HA_XX, EC_XX, IP_XX, GF_XX,
! CN_XX

dattyp =

! FVGCM, FNEST, EH5RF, EH5A2, EH5B1,
! EHA1B, CCSMN, ECEXY, CA_XX, HA_XX,
! EC_XX, IP_XX, GF_XX, CN_XX

The acronyms bolded are with RCP4.5 and 8.5 data-sets  but i am not able to know which model data sets represent which acronym. Can you please provide the full form of the acronyms.

RegCM4.3.5... can i use the same boundary conditions using EH5OM data OR there is any other data which i have to use to for the RegCM4.3.5 model to run under RCP scenario.
[...]

There should in principle be a correspondence between the Global Model Scenario and the trace gases concentrations used by the RegCM model. I would suggest using one of the CMIP5 global models as ICBC for running a RCP scenario.

Please have a look at:
