So I was wondering that if these kind of absence could affect simulation result? And how about adding them in the namelist?

Some stanzas are mandatory, the model needs informations about dimensions,
paths, i.e. from dimparam up to physiscsparam.

The other stanzas are read or not in mod_param in function of the parameters set
in physicsparam.

For example, grellparam is read only if icup is equal to 2, emanparam only if
icup is equal to 4, rrtmparam only if irrtm is set to 1, etc.

Then a namelist albeit present, can be empty, as for example in:

&uwparam
/

This will not generate an error on read, but all default values specified in
mod_param will be used.
The default parameters for each of the schemes are listed in the README.namelist
file in the Doc directory.
