Dear luoxiaoqing
Extra lines and spaces can be problem while editing regcm.in(test_001.in) files. I suggest you to be careful about lines and spaces.

Also, " senna at ubuntu:~/Documents$ mpirun -np 2 ./Bin/regcmMPI " part is interesting. It seems that "Bin" directory isn't under the RegCM-4.3.3 directory.According to your command line, "Bin" is directly under the Documents. Maybe, you install regcm by choosing Documents directory for binary files. I don't know but please check, really it is.

Best Wishes

Dear luoxiaoqing,

It seem that you make some mistake while editing test_001.in. Copy the same file again to your run directory.

cp /RegCM-4.3.3/Testing/test_001.in toRunDir.

Change the parameters carefully according to user guide.

I hope then it will work..

with regards,
Ali
