[RegCNET] Post processing error

After the said error create manually the file tmp.nc and tmp2.nc or copy
tmp1.nc to tmp2.nc with following command.
cp tmp1.nc tmp2.nc   and then when you run the average script again
overwrite the file.

I hope it will work
