[RegCNET] RegCM-4.1.1 COMPILING ERROR

What is the version of your netcdf. If it isn't netcdf-4-* , I suggest you
to install netcdf4 with f90 support.If you installed it, please give PATH
and LD_LIBRARY_PATH to its binary and library directories.
At last, please check that sh( it is a unix platform like bash) is
installed in your pc.
