[RegCNET] I have a problem when I made a simulation with RegCM4.3

Dear luoxiaoqing,

It seem that you make some mistake while editing test_001.in. Copy the same
file again to your run directory.

cp /RegCM-4.3.3/Testing/test_001.in  toRunDir.

Change the parameters carefully according to user guide.

I hope then it will work..
