[RegCNET] RegCM4.3 with dust model

Dear Abbas

You do not need emission files fro running dust since it is calculated
on-line. You have to make sure that you enable the interpolation of
texture fields in your _DOMAIN000.nc file ( it is controlled by the
logical ltexture=true in regcm.in ) , the dust model uses this texture
information.
In this new version, you have also the possibility to use also dust
boundary conditions ( coming from monthly outputs of a  CAM/EC-EARTH
simulation)  , and you generate this boundary conditions by running the
program chem_icbc ( after the icbc step). You will need for that of
course the large scale fields that can be downloaded at :
http://clima-dods.ictp.it/data/d8/cordex/ . The program will know that
you want to generate dust only boundary conditions if you specify
chemsimtype='DUST' in the chemistry nameliste .

PS : I will make the update of chemistry/aerosol user guide very soon (
I know I am late !)  , since there are also new options , diagnostics
etc in the package.
