[RegCNET] Problem in RegCM output

Dear all,
This is Suman Maity from IIT Kharagpur, INDIA. I had conducted a simulation
using RegCM4.1 with following details:
idate0: 2007050100
idate1: 2007050100
idate2: 2007093018
ds: 30km
jx: 270
iy: 221
kz: 23
scheme: CLM with Grell schme
data type: NNRP1

After the successful run, I have plotted the different parameters of ATM
output file and noticed that there was no pattern matching in wind field
with NNRP1.
I have also checked the *NNRP1 with ICBC* at the initial time step
(2007050100), but I found there is some different in pattern as well as in
magnitude. In this context, may I request you to kindly suggest regarding
the problem I am facing.

Whether in general, ICBC may differ with the original dataset *at the very
initial time step*? I have attached the same. kindly have a look on it.
