Dear RegCNET friends,

The Variability of the American Monsoon Systems (VAMOS) scientific panel of
CLIVAR would like to make a compilation of regional modeling efforts
relevant to the monsoon systems over the Americas. If you are performing
regional modeling of the North America, South America, or Central America /
Caribbean domains, especially with a focus on monsoon circulations, I would
be grateful if you could send me a very brief note with a mention of the
nature of your research (such as domain, time period, scientific focus).

Note that in accordance with our CLIVAR charge we are compiling information
on monsoon-relevant studies, and not a full list of all modeling over these
continents. We are interested mainly in ongoing efforts but mentions of
recently completed studies also would be welcome.

Just a sentence or two is fine. I may follow up with a request for more
details.

Thanks for your help.

Ray Arritt
