[RegCNET] Which time step to use in monthly file after postprocessing in RegCM4.2

Dear Kanhu,

Use the following command. There is no need for output filename using
average.sh

./average.sh month
India_ATM.2002010100_pressure.nc<http://india_atm.2002010100_pressure.nc/>
