[RegCNET] Reading CMIP5 netcdf

Hi Sandro,

I suggest to you to check the NetCDF file. It could be corrupted. You 
can use the ncdump -c to check it and maybe you can see some strange 
things in the time axis or other variables. I hope, it helps.
