[RegCNET] Test simulation with GTOPO_DEM_30s.nc got "NetCDF library error"

Dear all,

when i try to run simulation regcm4.1 with CLM, but i have also trouble the
same error as following:

 NetCDF library error.
 No such file or directory

if you solve your errors, please tell me why,
