[RegCNET] problem with IFC and terrain

Dear all,

when i start to run for simulation of regcm4.0, although i have installed
full of netcdf4-1.3, hdf5-1.8.8 and zlib library, but it has some errors,
and i don't understand why, can you help me to solve this situation? thank
you so much!
