[RegCNET] the best procedure to install Netcdf4-HDF5?

Hi Regcnet,
    Can someone guide me to the best procedure to install Netcdf4-HDF5?  I get tired to install it with Intel-FORTRAN.
Which Netcdf4 and HDF5 versions are needed?
