dear Mekonnen;
the post process of RegCM4.1, like sigma2p, average and so on, can be used in this way:  ./Bin/sigma2p output/your_out_put_nc_filename,  unfortunately, this command can just deal with one file one time, but you can write your own  sctipt that included all the files. the script 'average' need  the support of NCO and CDO.
i have installed CDO successfully, but when i installed the NCO, it alway occured something wrong when do the 'make' step with the following information.
