[RegCNET] CLM with gfortran

I am trying to get a CLM run going on an Unbuntu platform with gfortran and
MPI.

The binaries seem to compile without problems and clm2rcm runs just fine as
well, but the regcm_clM run crashes almost immediately. The same simulation
with BATs works just fine.

The RegCM wiki indicates CLM does not work with gofrtran (limitation of
CLM3.5), but the users guide for 4.1 does not have this same warning. Can
anyone clarify if CLM will work with gfortran?
