[RegCNET] Netcdf library error in terrain preproc

Dear friends,
                    Though my regcm program is properly edited, data is
properly arranged and linked (NNRP2) and of course Netcdf 4.1.3 is properly
installed the pre-processing stops in terrain after successful grid set up,
geo-mapping and grid co-ordinate set up.
   It shows error - "Netcdf library error".
   Am I missing any additional library?
   Kindly help me.
