[RegCNET] error when use SST data

Dear all
          when I run RegCM3 from 19600101 to 19611231 and select " OISST", the error as follows:

      may be because the SST data  " sst.mnmean.nc "  used this simulation ( which was downloaded fromftp.ncep.noaa.gov) is from 1981 to 2010 .
 So the question of mine is : When I run RegCM3, where i can get the SST data from 1960 to 1990 ?
