[RegCNET] Collapse of RegCM4.1.1 with dust module and idirect=0

Strange


You have to make sure that nbin = 4 and ntr =4 ( for dust only simulation)
and AER00D1 is activated
and make sure the size are correctly defined in the regcm.in like the
example namelist.
