[RegCNET] Collapse of RegCM4.1.1 with dust module and idirect=0

Hello

1) Didi it work with RegCM 4.1.0 and 4.0 ?
2) Use idirect = 1 or chem = 0 for the control run. This option of
idirect =0 is not really usefull anymore . idrect=1 gives you transport
and radiative forcing without any feedback on the dynamic.


ps let us know if idirect =1 does nor not work, that would be a problem !
