Dear kessali,

I am using GrADS 2.0.a9 with RegCM4.1.1. It works fine with RHEL5.
look for your OS version and the download two file
grads-2.0.a9-src.tar.gz and grads-2.0.a9-bin CentOS5.5-x86_64.tar.gz
(OS dependent) from http://www.iges.org/grads/downloads.html and enjoy
grads with RegCM 4.1.
