[RegCNET] New bug in RegCM-4.1.1 version

hello,everybody:
when I run the model RegCM-4.1.1 version, I choose the model configuration as follows:
dbg=1
mpi=1
band=0
clm=1
fortran cimpiler=3
then when i run $make all
there happened a mistake as follows:
