[RegCNET] Problem in formation of terrain(Domain file) in RegCM-4.1

Dear all,
i have successfully compiled the netcdf4.1.1 with HDF5. and configured the
RegCM-4.1 also..
i have prepared my regcm.in file for the domain of my interest...but when i
give the command
./Bin/terrain regcm.in

the following problem occurs
