In RegCM4.0, you can run "regrid" as the last step (run sigma2p first,
then average, then regrid), the key point to run regrid is the date
information, if you run it for daily files, then set dates to YYYYMMDD
(like 19900101, 8 digit), if for month files, then set dates to YYYYMM (6
digit).
